Shipping Methods:

UPS

We reserve the right to change your shipping method if it results in less charges for you. ie. Occasionally UPS 3-day Select may actually arrive no sooner than UPS Ground, but Ground is less expensive. In these cases, we may change your shipping method and charge you the lower fee.

Please be careful on entering your address for UPS. Any correction in an address that UPS has to make once the package has left The Christmas Store results in a charge of around $10.00 that will be applied to your card if you gave incorrect address. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you.

Shipping Time:

Generally, if your order comes in today, it will go out the next business day.

Damages:

If your package is damaged in trans, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days of receipt. Save all packaging for possible inspections by UPS.

Onec you have communicated to us that your item was damaged, we will do our best to reach a satisfactory arrangement with you whether it is replacement of the item (if available), an exchange or a refund.

Returns:

We want our customers to be a 100% satisfied with their purchases from us at The Christmas Store  (www.gatlinburgchristmasmarket.com) . If for any reason you are not satisified with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding the shipping charge.

Requirements:

  • We must be notified prior to returning the item.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
  • Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
  • A copy of our invoice must be enclosed.
  • Shipping fees for the returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • Refund will be returned back to the original credit, debit card, or PayPal.
